You are allowed to be proud of yourself. You do not have to downplay your achievements in order to be humble. If you have reached a goal, you have earned the right to be proud of your success. The people that matter will be proud of you too. I think that a lot of people forget all that they’ve accomplished sometimes, so every once in a while, sit yourself down and remind yourself how far you’ve come. Remind yourself of how successful you really are. Even if you haven’t reached the big goals yet, you’ve come a long way and nobody can take that away from you; not even yourself.
