so i called out of my usual raptor shift last night because we were expecting 4-7″ of snow and my car starts to struggle with anything over 5″.  It didn’t actually snow that much, but if I really really strain I can speak above a whisper for two syllables and otherwise I have no voice at all. Guess I’m not going to birds after all.
