Which is 10000% b/c I’m the person who checks the P-Card in and out and asks all these questions. “Do you really need that many? Right now?” “Did you put it in the budget? If it’s not in the budget then you’ll have to submit a reallocation form to allow for this purchase” “Yes, the vendor must register as an approved vendor *before* the purchase is made.”
