after battling hard I’m admitting defeat, I can’t participate in Obikin week since I’m.  you know. In Hawaii being dragged hither and yon for two weeks, and for the last several weeks have been dealing with quitting, new job interview, a trip coming up, etc.  So this time I’m gonna sit it out and hope that I’ll have more energy to write again now that I have a day job instead.  And I know that’s reasonable, I shouldn’t expect myself to be productive with how crazy life has been lately, but I still feel like a horrible failure and like I can’t/shouldn’t enjoy other people’s submissions for the week so that’s where I’m at rn…….
