i feel like the 501st during downtime is just a lot of

1) clones making self deprecating jokes and ahsoka and anakin being slightly horrified
2) anakin making self deprecating jokes and the clones and ahsoka being slightly horrified/concerned
3) the clones and ahsoka pranking their COs (rex and anakin) and then sending the video to other battalions
4) yelling. just, so. much. yelling.
5) rex being dragged everywhere and needed by everyone that fives eventually intervenes and threatens everyone to leave the captain alone for five. karking. minutes. or. he. WILL. send a rocket launcher up your ass.
6) ahsoka and some of the older clones messing with the shinys by making up more and more elaborate and unrealistic stories about anakin and rex. extra points to whoever gets rex to corroborate on an anakin story
7) troopers doing crazy shit because they’re bored and then having to make a stop to get supplies because SOMEONE exploded all the MREs when trying to ‘fix’ the kitchen droid
8) Shinys acting serious and being very Proper Soldiers and being flabbergasted when their sergeant does shots with the other sergeants to determine which squad is the best
9) dimly lit corridor deals with blind spots in security where a clone can get some of that really good correllian taffy one of the pilots snuck on board
10) napping piles. clones use extraordinary amounts of energy during battle and no one knows when they might suddenly be attacked so they usually end up napping on the floor wherever they drop
