So I generally wear too tight sports bras every day, because they bind enough that I don’t get dysphoric from jiggling as often, but aren’t as noticeable as actually binding. But I’ve also been having quite a bit of upper back and rib pain, and it sounds like that could be a contributing factor, since there’s a tight elastic band around them that’s not exactly meant to be binding. So, I think for a while I’m going to try bringing my good binder in to work and wearing it for a few hours in the middle of the night. If that improves my back issues, I might suck it up and start binding around the parents, because they can be judgemental and rude but they can’t actually STOP me…
