Netflix releases things across the USA at the exact same time. So no, the East Coast will NOT be getting season three first. It’ll be released once the entire US (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska) are on January 20th. So they go by PST (West Coast time)

Release times are as follows:

• West coast (PST): Midnight. 12:00am PST August 4th
• Mountain Time (MST): One in the morning. 1:00am MST

  August 4th

• Central Time (CST): Two in the morning. 2:00am CST

  August 4th

• East Coast (EST): Three in the morning. 3:00am EST

  August 4th

Time’s I’m not 100% positive on:

• Alaska (AKST): Eleven at night. 11:00pm AKST August 3rd
• Hawaii (HST): Ten at night. 10:00pm HST August 3rd

Releases for Australia (All August 4th)

• Brisbane: Six in the afternoon. 6:00pm 
• Sydney, Melbourne & Hobart: Seven in the afternoon. 7:00pm
• Adelaide: Six thirty in the afternoon. 6:30pm
• Darwin: Five thirty in the afternoon. 5:30pm
• Perth: Four in the afternoon. 4:00pm

Releases for a few other countries (All August 4th)

• UK, Iceland: Eight in the morning. 8:00am 
• Sweden, Norway, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy: Nine in the morning. 9:00am
• Finland, Ukraine: Ten in the morning. 10:00am
• Belarus, Russia: Eleven in the morning. 11:00am
