I feel like Shiro does really disgustingly sweet things to Lance when he thinks they’re alone like they turn down an empty hallway together and Shiro grabs him and starts covering him in smooches everywhere he can BUT if they get caught Shiro is so embarrassed like Lance will be on the floor laughing at how mortified his boyfriend is over HIS OWN ACTIONS
concept: shiro doing the ‘fake a yawn during a movie and put your arm around your babe’ to lance, but like he isn’t very good at being subtle and almost drops popcorn when lance leans into his chest
headcanon: whenever shiro laughs or smiles, he automatically hides it behind his hand.
shance headcanon: lance once told shiro his smile was beautiful. now, shiro’s hand only makes it halfway to his mouth before it stills, and falls.
